1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Rkiza Labs, the operator of SNDR ("SNDR", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard at app.sndr.sh, or sending a request to api.sndr.sh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using SNDR on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after a change to these Terms means you accept the change.
2. The service
SNDR is an email infrastructure platform: a REST API for sending transactional email, managing sender domains, capturing delivery analytics, signing outbound messages with DKIM, and processing inbound webhook events. The product surfaces are the marketing site (sndr.sh), the customer dashboard (app.sndr.sh), the public API (api.sndr.sh), and the documentation hosted at sndr.sh/docs.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We will give reasonable notice in the dashboard or by email before removing or materially restricting any feature you actively rely on.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that happens under your API keys, JWT sessions, and verified domains. Notify us at sndr@rkiza.sa immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account for violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may only use SNDR to send mail that the recipient asked to receive or that is required for the recipient's transaction with you (e.g. password resets, receipts, security alerts, shipping notifications, and similar service mail). The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sending mail to addresses obtained without explicit consent (purchased lists, scraped lists, harvested addresses).
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial mail ("spam") of any kind.
- Forging headers, the From address, or any part of the SMTP envelope to misrepresent the sender.
- Sending phishing, malware, scareware, or content that impersonates a person or brand without permission.
- Sending content that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the sender or any recipient — including but not limited to incitement to violence, child sexual abuse material, and unlicensed financial or pharmaceutical solicitations.
- Probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass the rate limits, plan caps, authentication, or any other access control of the service.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any non-public component.
- Reselling SNDR as a white-label service without a written reseller agreement.
We monitor sender reputation, complaint rates, and bounce rates. Accounts that exceed industry-standard thresholds (typically a hard-bounce rate above 5% or a complaint rate above 0.3%) may be suspended pending review. Suspension may be immediate where we reasonably believe the account is being used to abuse recipients.
5. Plans, billing, and taxes
SNDR is offered on a Free plan and on paid plans (currently Pro and Scale). Pricing is published at /pricing and is denominated in US Dollars (USD). Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Paddle, who acts as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice, collects any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing country, and remits it to the relevant tax authority on our behalf. By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Customers in Saudi Arabia are charged in USD; their bank settles the amount in SAR using the bank's own FX rate.
Each plan includes a monthly send cap and quotas on domains, API keys, webhooks, and templates. Sending past the cap is blocked at the API; you may upgrade at any time and the new cap takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, withholding tax, or transaction fees levied by the issuing bank or local tax authority. If we are required by law to collect VAT, it will be added to the invoice.
Cancellation is self-service from /billing in the dashboard. On cancellation your account remains on the previously-paid plan through the end of the current billing period and then drops to Free. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Your data
You own the content of every message you send through SNDR. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of operating the service: relaying it to recipients, computing analytics, retaining the message metadata for audit and support, and applying suppression-list logic.
We do not sell your data, do not train any model on the bodies of your messages, and do not use your recipient list for any purpose outside of operating your account. Data handling is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The SNDR platform, dashboard, brand, marketing site, documentation, and API design are owned by Rkiza Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
The official JavaScript SDK (@rkiza/sndr, published to npm) is distributed under the MIT licence. Any other open-source component we publish carries its own licence; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Service availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the public API and the dashboard. The current and historical status is published at sndr.sh/status. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever practical.
Email delivery is best-effort. We will sign your message with DKIM, present a well-configured SMTP envelope, and attempt delivery to the recipient's MX in line with industry norms. We cannot guarantee that any specific message reaches any specific inbox — receiving providers retain final discretion over deliverability.
Support is provided through the in-dashboard ticketing surface. Response times depend on plan: Free is best-effort, Pro is one business day, Scale is four business hours during GMT+3 working hours.
9. Disclaimers and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SNDR or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid SNDR in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify SNDR against any third-party claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the service in breach of these Terms, (b) the content of any message you send through SNDR, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the service.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from /settings in the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account on notice if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. We may terminate the service entirely with 30 days' notice; in that case any prepaid amount for the unused period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
On termination, your access to the dashboard and API is revoked. We will retain your account data for up to 30 days to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted except for records we are required to keep by law (e.g. invoices for tax purposes).
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to sndr@rkiza.sa. Security disclosures should go to sndr@rkiza.sa. Billing questions go through the in-dashboard ticketing surface so we have the account context.
