What counts as a sent email?
Each unique recipient is one email. A message with 3 recipients counts as 3.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are listed and charged in USD. Paddle handles the checkout as Merchant of Record and any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing country. Your bank converts to your local currency on the statement at its own FX rate.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
We notify you and sends are paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts. No surprise bills.
