Most teams I have worked with treat email as something they will fix later. The SDK they grabbed in week one ends up still running in year three, with no observability, no retries, and a deliverability story that boils down to "I hope it lands."

Today we are launching SNDR — a single, well-designed API for transactional email, with deliverability and analytics that match the rest of your stack. Priced in USD, billed via Paddle as Merchant of Record, hosted on infrastructure we operate.

What we built

SNDR is the missing layer between your application and the inbox. We handle authentication, reputation, retries, and observability — so you can focus on the message.

  • Predictable, idempotent send API with per-recipient quota counting
  • Webhook events with HMAC-SHA256 signatures and 12-attempt exponential retry
  • Per-MTA delivery analytics so you know which box delivered what
  • Verified-domain enforcement: no spoofing, even if your API key leaks

Why bother building this in 2026

Because the existing options either bill in USD with credit-card-only checkout, or were built for a 2015 sending volume. We wanted local Riyal-denominated billing, multi-MTA failover by default, and an admin panel built for the way teams actually run today.

We have an ambitious roadmap. Inbound email, scheduled sends, and a no-code template builder are next. Subscribe to the changelog to follow along.
